You’ve made it to the final day of Mat Madness Pilates & Barre Challenge! 

You should feel so proud of yourself for sticking with these workouts and committing to this time for you.  I’m proud of you!

Before we head into the final workout, I want you to take a minute and realize how great you feel by committing to your workouts each day and moving to feel good.  So how do you keep this good thing going, you ask?

It’s not always going to be easy but based on years of experience encouraging people to get active and stay active, I’ve developed a few tried and true tricks to help you stick with your workouts.  You’ve made it this far, I’m positive you can keep going.  Just download by tip sheet to find out how to stay committed to your workouts.

Now for today’s workout.  The final workout is an amazing flow focused on flexibility.  This workout is designed to:

  • Complete a well-rounded challenge.
  • Increase blood flow to the muscles.
  • Increase your range of motion.
  • Reduce stress.
  • Lengthen the muscles. 
  • Improve flexibility.

After you complete today’s workout, don’t forget to:

  1. Cheer on your accountability buddy!  It’s the last day, help them with the final push!
  2. Check in with your final sweaty selfie using the hashtag #BBFMatMadness
  3. Celebrate!  Treat yourself.  Grab a blowout, a mani/pedi, facial or do an at-home masque.  Just make sure you take some self-care time!
