One of the biggest things that saved me during pregnancy is pilates. Prenatal pilates helped me focus my mind, strengthen, stretch and relax my body and prepare myself for birth. It is also the number one workout I turn to to get my core back into shape postpartum. While I have a ton of prenatal pilates and barre videos (with more to come!)
