Pilates Stick– This is my favorite piece of at-home equipment. You can get an amazing pilates equipment workout at home for a fraction of the cost of the larger pieces of equipment. I use it all the time (including in my videos!) and it is well worth the price tag.
Pointe Studio Grip Socks– I love love love these grip socks. They are super grippy, comfy and made of amazing material. Plus they have a very attractive cut that works with both leggings and capris. And they come in fabulous colors from ombre to basic.
Pilates Toning Balls– Pilates toning balls are such a fun piece of pilates equipment. Yes, you can use regular weights but the balls are great for moves that you can’t really do with weights (use them on the floor to rollup in prone, use them on your back or stomach to help create balance and more). This 1lb set comes with a DVD.
Stretch Athleisure Wash– I’m a little OCD about washing my workout clothes ever since a fabric softener incident required me to throw out half my leggings (eek!). But if you are going to spend $90 on leggings, it is worth taking care of them! Stretch Athleisure Wash is a good option to ensure your leggings and sports bras stay stretchy and clean!
BBF On Demand Subscription– Want amazing pilates classes in the comfort of your own home? Then you need BBF On Demand. With real music, amazing choreography and a library that is constantly updated, you’ll live your best pilates life without leaving the house!
Watercolor Leggings– I want these, I want these, I want there. Soooo pretty! They make me feel both energized and calm!
