This class doesn’t require any equipment. Just grab a mat if you have one and push play. The workout begins standing with several moves to get your heart rate up and to work those legs. You’ll also challenge your balance and activate your core in this standing section (bonus points if you do it on sand!).
Then get ready to move down onto the mat for some targeted toning of the glutes and abs before hitting our stretch. You’ll be amazed at how hard you can work just using your own body weight and no equipment!
