It’s been awhile since I filmed a HIIT the Barre® workout, mainly because I’m super into my HIIT the Barre® Program so I don’t often feel the need to include more in the Studio. This class is 100% sliders! Sliders, you say? I don’t have sliders! YOU DON’T NEED THEM! Grab some paper plates. Or do the workout without any sliders or plates. You will definitely still feel the burn. Take the pace a bit slower but feel that deep slow burn in this class. Check it out!
Grab your sliders again for this class! We’ll use the sliders for part of the class but the rest will be spent with weights, the barre and the mat to really tone that entire body. Get it all in just one workout! Check it out!
