As summer is coming to a close, we often begin to think about what we did (or didn’t do) over the past few months and how we are going to get back into our fall routines. For most of us, that means returning to our workouts that maybe got shifted aside in favor of summer fun.
I’m excited to announce my Mat Madness program! It’s a *FREE* 7 Day Pilates & Barre Challenge designed to help you recommit to your workouts, reconnect with your body and re-establish your routine.
With this challenge you can expect to:
These workouts are 20 minutes or less so there is no reason why you can’t sneak into your day early in the morning, during lunch or in the evening. With a small child at home and another one on the way, I sometimes find that I’m unrolling my mat in my bedroom at 9pm just to get in a quick workout.
While scheduling “me time” can be challenging, there is no better feeling that having accomplished a great workout. This challenge will help you make time for yourself to discover how great you can feel from movement.
My mantra is move to feel good and that is how I want you to approach this challenge. I want you to look forward to your workouts because they make you feel great!
