Welcome to Day 5 of the Mat Madness Pilates & Barre Challenge!
Barre is pretty much my first and main love. I walked into my first barre class and it literally changed my life. No other workout has provided the same challenge and motivation. And while I truly love pilates as well, for me barre will always be it!
Today’s workout is total body and you don’t even need a barre! It is meant to challenge your balance and your core. You can, however, have something sturdy nearby like a chair or countertop to hold on to if you need it.
