I’m so excited to announce that Babies at the Barre™ is here! I’ve been working on this for months and I’m super excited that the Babies at the Barre video program has launched!
This program includes 7 videos that you can do with your baby! It is the perfect solution for new moms looking to get in a workout while also trying to balance the demands of a new baby.
I designed these workouts and shot them during my own postpartum period while taking care of baby Wyatt and trying to balance my workouts and my business. It was a lifesaver! Plus I loved working out with Wyatt and also having some time to bond with him away from the demands of the rest of my life.
As moms we are constantly trying to do two things at once and be everything to everyone. I love these videos because you can still stay in your role as caregiver and nurturer while giving care and nurture to your own self as well! It is so important that we look after our own health, especially after having a baby but with sleep deprivation and the demands of a new schedule, it can be so tough. Did I mention these videos were a lifesaver?
