It’s that time of year again! The holidays are here and this year they seem both calmer but also more stressful. Is that even possible? If you are looking to stay on track and keep your wellness in focus then I have the perfect plan for you. The 12 Days of Fitness Pilates & Barre Challenge starts on December 12th and runs for 12 days. Here’s what you need to know.

First and most importantly, this challenge is completely FREE! There is no cost to you and you can sign up and join in no matter where you are.

With this challenge you can expect to:

  • Incorporate daily exercise or movement into your routine
  • Improve your pilates & barre practice
  • Tone your body
  • Improve flexibility and length
  • Build strength and endurance
  • Reduce stress
  • Counteract holiday indulgences
  • Feel supported and encouraged

These workouts are designed to be short and sweet so there is no reason why you can’t sneak into your day early in the morning, during lunch or in the evening.  With all the craziness the holidays bring, I sometimes find that I’m unrolling my mat in my bedroom at 9pm just to get in a quick workout.  

While scheduling “me time” can be challenging, there is no better feeling that having accomplished a great workout.  This challenge will help you make time for yourself to discover how great you can feel from movement.
