It’s day 4 of the 12 Days of Fitness Pilates & Barre Challenge and today we are headed down to the mat for an amazing core workout.
For today’s workout you will need a mat or a towel and an optional ball. If you have a playground ball you can use it. If you don’t have one you can always just do the workout without one. I’ll give you cues on how to do everything without the ball. You can also purchase a ball for about $10 here.
