If you missed a day, no worries, you can always catch up. And if you are feeling extra strong you can combine workouts from previous days to make up a longer class. Just remember to try and stick with it! You are doing great!
Today is my favorite day so far. Lower Body Barre! We are finally heading to the barre for our barre workouts. I promise this class will have you burning and shaking. Just remember that shaking is good and I STILL shake after over a decade of barre-ing.
