HIIT the Barre® combines high intensity interval training with barre toning for one cardio-centric workout. Get ready to blast out those hiit moves barre style. The class starts with a warm up and then moves on to three rounds of hiits. The first round is in the center with no equipment, the second round is at the barre focusing on legs and glutes and the third round is on the mat focusing on arms and abs.
Barre is the classic BBF class designed to tone and shape your body. In this workout you will start with a low-impact cardio warm-up followed by an upper body weights section. We then head to the barre (or countertop or chair or sturdy piece of furniture) to focus on our legs and glutes. Finally we head down to the mat to blast out those abs. This is total body at its best!
Mat Barre is like pilates cooler sister. In this workout we start with a low-impact cardio warm-up followed by upper body with light weights. We then head to the mat to target our abs, glutes and legs. Get ready to feel the burn in those muscles working even the smallest muscle groups.
