Bump at the Barre® Prenatal Barre Workout is an amazing workout suitable for all three trimesters of pregnancy and the postnatal period as well. This workout combines cardio with toning and flexibility for one well-rounded and effective workout that will help you feel and look great during and after the birth of your baby.
This video focuses on exercises that are safe for pregnant women and also help counteract some of the side effects of pregnancy like postural changes, swelling and back discomfort.
The program is designed to be done either in its entirety as a complete workout or broken down into segments so it can be tailored to individual needs.
