Well, going along with the theme of bringing my workout outdoors this summer, I have been meaning to and trying to go to Yoga in Bryant Park presented by Lululemon.
The class was amazing! I have to say, I was pretty stressed out and being able to take some time out, practice yoga and be outside was just what the doctor ordered!
The classes are one hour long and geared towards all levels so if you are a beginner-they got ya covered and if you are a regular yogini-its always great to get back to basics and take in some fresh air!
Lululemon features different instructors from local studios who generously volunteer their time to teach to the masses. There were probably about two hundred and fifty people there (estimate?).
Oh and btw-did I mention the class is *free*? Yeah, thought that’d get your attention.
