Hey friends! I’m taking a little vacation this week so you may not see me around as much. I’ve spent the last few days relaxing, which has been great given how crazy busy I’ve been this summer. I really need some R&R! But I didn’t want to leave you hanging completely, so I pulled together this awesome prenatal barre video to share with you all! I love filming barre videos and since becoming pregnant, I figured, why not a prenatal barre video!?
For this video you need:
A heavy and light set of weights (i.e., 3lbs & 5lbs or 5lbs & 8lbs).
A yoga mat.
A playground ball.
A wedge or two pillows.
A sturdy piece of furniture to hold on to.
