Hi there friends! A few years ago I tried out Crunch gym for a month and I have to say, they have some extremely interesting classes there. One of the classes I tried was a burlesque dance class. I was intrigued by the name and it ended up being a great workout. In case you don’t know, burlesque started out as a way to poke fun at lowbrow society with jokes and skits. It then evolved into what we think of today, vintage outfits, heels and dancing. The class I took was a ton of fun and we even got to wear high heels, which was as much fun as tortuous.
So if you are bored with your current workout routine, why not give burlesque dancing a try? The key to burlesque dancing is to just allow yourself to be free and have fun.
