Hi all! Hope you’ve been enjoying Barre Week so far! One thing that keeps me coming back to any form of group fitness is a great playlist. I love walking into the class and becoming absorbed in the music just as much as the moves. Especially in a barre class where you are working your muscles to fatigue, I find being able to really get into a song helps take my mind off the quaking and shaking. Not to mention staying on the beat really helps me keep pace with the workout.

Agreed, I love a great playlist during my workouts! The studio I’ve been going to a lot of classes to always has great music that gets me moving, and it’s awesome. Lately I’ve been listening to a lot of Pharrell songs during at-home workouts.
