I feel like every single different type of workout has its own look and fashion feel to it. Runners are all about their compression socks, cyclists love their bike shorts, triathletes their suits, tennis chicks love their skirts. In barre, we are all about long, clean lines and sticky socks. I’ve put together a little inspiration if you are looking for some cool digs to wear to your barre class!
It depends on a few factors like your weight and your heart rate, but generally I would say that in 60 minutes, I burn about 300-350 calories. Hope that helps!
