Throwback Thursday: Healthy Snack Ideas

These healthy snack ideas will leave you feeling satisfied without the guilt.  Fuel your body and satisfy your cravings!

I originally posted this about a year and a half ago and was recently looking through my archives when I stumbled on it.  It reminded me of all the great, healthy snacks I should have on hand in the house!  Hope you enjoy!

I thought it would be fun to experiment with a little game I like to call “What’s Your Favorite?”.  This week we are featuring favorite snacks because who doesn’t love a good nosh between meals?  Full disclosure, I saw some of these snacks on Popsugar and decided to adopt them as my new favorites.  The rest I invented myself!
