Hello hello! I can’t believe 2016 is nearly over. For me, the second half of the year always speeds by so quickly and I find myself thinking “oh just recently over the summer…wait the summer was six months ago!”. At least as a blogger, I have the ability to reflect over the year and actually turn back the pages of time and see what it was I did this year! I recapped for you my Top Moments of 2016, which was such a blast (4 countries in one year!). But since this is a fitness blog, I’m obliged to recap for you the Top Fitness Moments of 2016!
A Healthy Weekend in NYC– Lots and lots of of my favorite fitness classes on a return to the Big Apple!
Paddleboard Pilates– This was seriously so much fun! I had previously done yoga, but pilates just seemed to fit with the paddleboard!
