Hello hello! It is the last true week of summer for a lot of people with kids going back to school next week. I don’t know about you but I’m planning on relaxing and enjoying!
Whether you are on the go this week or just relaxing at home (or maybe working!), I’ve got some brand new videos for you! I created this amazing Barre with the Bands video series to challenge your barre workout in a whole new way. This is a 3 video series designed to target and tone your whole body while burning calories. This workouts use a resistance band the entire time!
For this workout you will need a loop band for the entire workout. The workout starts out with a cardio warm up followed by upper body using the loop band, lower body barre then lower body mat and core.
For this workout you will need a long resistance band for the entire workout. You will also need a sturdy piece of furniture such as a banister or mounted wall barre to tie the resistance band around. Once you have that done, you’ll find out just how challenging this inexpensive piece of equipment can be! The resistance band adds both a balance challenge and extra resistance to your barre workout!
This workout uses one long resistance band in a variety of different ways to add extra resistance throughout your entire workout. Start out with some cardio and thighs before moving onto upper body, barre work and finally lower body and core on the mat!

Your Barre with Band #2 is really good and a challenge for me for sure! I think the band is great piece of equipment to add the resistance. I wish I could keep up with you especially on #2! Also, I am trying to keep summer in my head even though it is September!
