Ingredients
1/3 cup of almond milk, unsweetened
1 1/2 cups of frozen mango
1/2 cup of chilled cooked cauliflower
2 tbsp of coconut butter
1 pitted date, chopped
Toppings:
blueberries
shredded coconut
sliced almonds
Directions
Place all the ingredients together into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and enjoy with a spoon!
