I’m so excited about this barre video: Barre Cardio + Sculpt. I went back through my class list this summer and combined a bunch of fun choreography to really challenge you. I hope you find that it meets your expectations!
One of the things I love about barre is the fact that it is low-impact but also fast paced so you can get a great cardio impact from it. This class is burning up with the cardio! We start out with a low-impact cardio warm-up to get the muscles warm and start burning some major calories. I give you the option to use light weights in the warm-up.
We then move onto upper body, which uses slightly heavier weights. In this section we rely on compound movements to keep the heart pumping while toning those gorgeous arms!
Then we move onto barre legs and booty. This is always the toughest part of barre class. Amiright!? We start with some more low-impact cardio at the barre before getting deep into those muscles with some amazing toning moves.
Finally we hit the mat for some core sculpting work and stretch.

Light weights (2 sets-1 for warm-up and 1 for upper body)
