Mat Madness Day 6

Welcome to Day 6 of the Mat Madness Challenge!

We’re almost at the end already!  Can you believe it!  Don’t forget to stay tuned to find out how you can stick to your workouts and continue to move to feel good.  I’ve got more free goodies coming your way!

Remember, these workouts are only available to the public through Monday, September 17th so make sure you catch up on any you might have missed before they are gone!

BBF On Demand members will have access to these videos forever!  So you guys can do the workouts again and again.  If you are interested in signing up, head on over to the On Demand Platform and check out my FREE 3 day trial!   You’ll find all of the Mat Madness workouts plus so many more full-length and quick workouts!

Now, for today’s workout.  Today’s workout is all about that bass.  This quickie focuses in on the booty, an area that is often surprisingly weak.  I love glute workouts because it is a large muscle group and burns major calories and you can totally see your booty lifting and tightening!

Now let’s get moving because your body’s too bootylicious for me baby.

After you complete today’s workout, don’t forget to:

  1. Check in with your accountability buddy and cheer them on!
  2. Post a sweaty selfie using the hashtag #BBFMatMadness

See you on the mat tomorrow!
