Power Barre uses small equipment (and no barre!) to tone your muscles and give you a cardio boost. In this class we use a swiffer, broom or body bar the whole class to tone the body. Get the full-length class here.
Barre with a Loop Band
My all time favorite piece of equipment is a loop band. It is less than $15 but it adds so many different ways to amp up your workout. I highly recommend a loop band but if you don’t have one, you can still do this workout without the band! Get the full-length workout here.
