Hey friends! Today is Day 3 of the 12 Days of Fitness Pilates & Barre Challenge and today we are finally headed to the barre!
This is one of the longer workouts so no worries if you can’t finish it all in one sitting. You can always do part of it and come back later.
For this workout you need a chair or sturdy piece of furniture to act as a ballet barre. We also have the option to use a light weight or a water bottle or soup can. You also have the option to use a pilates or playground ball or even a soccer or basketball can work. If you don’t have the equipment, don’t worry, you don’t need to use it.
