It’s day 2 of the 12 Days of Fitness Pilates & Barre Challenge! Today I’ve got a great upper body workout for you!
This quick workout will work on toning your entire upper body while incorporating some leg work as well. Grab some light weights and get started.
If you don’t have light weights, I recommend using filled water bottles or soup cans. Or you can do this workout without any weights at all!
