12 Days of Fitness Day 8: Upper Body 2

Day 8 of the 12 Days of Fitness and we are back to upper body. Upper body sculpting is so important so we can be strong in our daily lives and avoid injury. Don’t skip today’s workout!

For this workout you will need a light set of weights (1-3lbs) or some filled water bottles or canned goods. Have fun!
