Barre Burn Challenge: Day 5

Welcome to Day 5 of the Barre Burn Challenge!

We’re nearing the end of the challenge and it only makes sense we head back to the barre. If you are still sore and shaking from Day 3, don’t worry, you aren’t alone! But try to stick with your plan and get in today’s workout!

I’ve designed this workout to strengthen your lower body and focus on your thighs and glutes. Plus, these big muscle groups are great calorie burning muscles. Get ready to have some fun and feel a lot of shakes!
